Kay Hung

Kay Hung is Head of Technology and Operational Risk at ZA Bank, Hong Kong’s leading virtual bank established by ZA International, the international arm of ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co., Ltd. (HKEX Stock code: 6060). He is responsible for implementing and enhancing technology risk governance and fintech adoption across the bank.

Kay has over a decade of experience in the areas of cybersecurity, technology risk management and fintech adoption. Before joining ZA Bank in November 2022, Kay spent 3 years with Ping An OneConnect Bank (Hong Kong) where he played a significant role in the bank’s establishment as Head of Technology Risk. He had also held technology risk and compliance-related roles at institutions of both international and Mainland Chinese background across the banking industry.
